How quickly can someone actually get to me?
Our average arrival time is around 15 minutes. Whoever answers the phone gives you an honest window rather than a sales pitch.
Will opening the door damage it?
Almost never. The vast majority of lockouts are opened non-destructively with picks and bypass tools. If a lock is already broken or has been forced, we will tell you before we start that it needs replacing.
How can I pay?
Card, tap, bank transfer or cash on completion. Businesses and property managers can be invoiced on account.
Do you work with landlords and agencies?
Yes. We handle tenancy-change rekeys, key registers and multi-property callouts, with consolidated monthly invoicing.
